What is the process to get a logo?

We don't do just logos here, we build complete brands. CX-centred brand design naturally requires in-depth knowledge of your ideal customer. I’m a brand consultant who takes the time to not only understand your customer, but also how they interact with your business and access your content. We’ll dive down deep into their wants, needs and behaviours.

The process for mining that gold and bringing it to life? Here’s a rundown:

  2. We have a consult call to discuss your business, ideal customers and objectives
  3. I send you a no-obligation quote
  4. If you choose to go ahead, I'll onboard you to crc and you complete our client questionnaire
  5. I get busy and provide the first round of designs 
  6. You review and get back to me with feedback
  7. I make any changes within a week (depending on feedback turnaround)
  8. We repeat the process for any final changes
  9. I present the final brand via a google drive folder containing all logos, fonts and a 15+ page brand guide
  10. You roll it out and reap the rewards

A logo is one element of your brand. Customer Experience Branding builds the full identity and strategy behind it, making sure your brand feels consistent across every customer touchpoint, from your website to your packaging.

Can I start with a Brand Strategy Consult and get brand design later?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with a consult to identify gaps and map their customer journey, then move into a full CX Branding package when they’re ready. The consult stands on its own as a deep-dive, but it also gives us a strong foundation if we continue working together.

DWhat’s included in your website package?

My website package is designed to give you a clean, strategic, and professional site that actually works for your brand (not just looks pretty). I set up your site on Showit, design the core pages (usually homepage + contact, at a minimum, and ensure the essentials like page structure, image naming, and basic SEO are in place. You’ll also get one round of revisions and a smooth handover process with training resources so you feel confident managing your site. Hosting and domain costs sit outside the package, you’ll pay those directly to your provider.

How long does the branding process take?

On average, Customer Experience Branding takes 6–8 weeks from workshop to final delivery. This gives us time to dig into strategy, design your identity system, and refine it with feedback so it’s right the first time. Need things moving faster?
